These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "you") and mc666 (hereinafter "mc666", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mc666 website located at mc666.ws and all associated services, games, tools, and features offered therein.

By accessing the mc666 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally acknowledge that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand them;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party;
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mc666 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the mc666 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an active player account if you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. mc666 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Players who are under 21 years of age are absolutely prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity.
• Legal Capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• One Account: You do not already hold an active or suspended mc666 account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the mc666 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction from gambling platforms.
• Own Funds: All deposits made to your mc666 account are funded from sources that are legally yours. You are not depositing funds on behalf of any other individual or entity.

mc666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of account registration, during normal platform use, or at the time of a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation will result in account suspension and/or withholding of funds pending investigation.

Any account found to be operated by a player under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided and forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after completion of our verification process. mc666 will cooperate with relevant authorities where underage gambling is identified.

To access the full range of mc666 services, including casino games, sports betting, and the cashier, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your mc666 Login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Notifying mc666 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security;
• Keeping your registered personal details accurate and up to date at all times.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your mc666 account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings held within it to any other person.

mc666 supports a range of Pakistani payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash OTC. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at mc666's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your mc666 account instantly under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• mc666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended.
• mc666 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which mc666 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, mc666 may require completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and review.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• mc666 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request evidence of the source of funds for large withdrawal amounts.
• Any bonuses attached to a balance must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted.

All games available on the mc666 platform — including but not limited to slot games, live casino tables, Keno draws, Triple card games, and all sportsbook markets — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game or market. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• Finality of Results: All game outcomes and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the mc666 system. Disputes regarding the outcome of a completed game round or settled bet must be raised within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and may be adjusted by mc666 at any time.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, mc666 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to players. mc666 accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
• Cricket & Sports Betting: PSL and other cricket betting markets are subject to the specific sports betting rules displayed in the sportsbook section. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and may be suspended during critical match events at mc666's discretion.
• Void Bets: mc666 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error — without prior notice.
• RNG Certification: All casino game outcomes on mc666 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are statistically independent between rounds and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.

mc666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and PSL-season cricket promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes fraud.
• Eligibility: mc666 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion, including cases where fraudulent bonus activity is suspected.
• Modification and Withdrawal: mc666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn while a player is actively meeting wagering requirements, a fair adjustment will be applied.
• PKR Denomination: All bonus amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any bonus PKR amount and its associated wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mc666 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the mc666 platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in multiplayer games;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the mc666 platform;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to disguise your actual geographic location;
• Using funds of unlawful origin for deposits;
• Engaging in any activity that mc666 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the Platform or other users.

All content on the mc666 platform — including but not limited to the mc666 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mc666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mc666 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any mc666 content;
• Modify or create derivative works based on mc666 content;
• Use any mc666 brand assets, trademarks, or logos without express written permission;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the mc666 platform on any other website.

Any unauthorised use of mc666 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

mc666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling on mc666 is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment and must never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

mc666 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every player account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications alerting you to the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account pause of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the account cannot be accessed.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term account suspension removing all access to the Platform and all promotional communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mc666, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the mc666 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption of service due to technical faults, maintenance, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Losses arising from delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals by third-party payment providers;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

mc666's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their mc666 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

mc666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if mc666 reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Your account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;
• You are found to be under the age of 21;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to mc666, other players, or the integrity of the Platform;
• mc666 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Upon closure of an account, mc666 will conduct a review of all recent transactions. Any legitimate, uncontested balance remaining after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeitures or fraud adjustments will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of identity verification.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mc666 support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to the same balance review process as enforced closures.

mc666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mc666 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the mc666 platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which mc666 operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and mc666, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting mc666 support directly. mc666 aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents mc666 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
